Tournament/Jamboree Funds Request

You may use this form to request your tournament funds or the PDF Tournament Funds Form (Click here for Form).  This form will generate an email that will be forwarded to the WBSC Treasurer.  If you are requesting a loan, please follow the instructions at the bottom of this form (click here to review)

Note : WBSC allowance per year :

U5 - U12 Rec       $25        U9/10       $300 U11-U19      $500   
 

U9/10 Jamboree:  Summer $90     Fall $90         

 (this is the MYSA Sponsored Jamboree - see http://www.mnyouthsoccer.org/events/jamboree.cfm for more info)

 

Fall State Tournament:    $200

WBSC does not be pay for Districts or Summer State Tournament but does pay for the Fall State Tournament. 
All summer requests must be submitted by August 31.  All fall requests must be submitted by October 31.

Volunteer Information - Required - Your Tournament Funds Request will not be completed without Volunteers!
Each White Bear Soccer Club team is being asked to provide the names of two volunteers to provide 2 - 4 hours of their time at White Bear Soccer Club needs.  White Bear Soccer Club is predominantly a volunteer organization, with only 3 paid positions.  Many other soccer clubs and youth associations have gone to a system where a family is required to pay fees of $50 - $100 for volunteer jobs.  The WBSC is trying to avoid this additional fee by asking you to volunteer your time.
