White Bear Soccer Festival uses a jamboree format.  All teams are guaranteed at least 3 games.  All players will receive a participation award.
NO SCORES OR STANDINGS are KEPT!

Waiver Form All teams MUST provide their individual waiver forms at Festival Check-in

If your Club registration forms include the waiver form on the back (WBSC forms do this), these forms can be used.  If not, you can use the MYSA waiver form (they do NOT have to be notarized).

Required Forms for Check-in

Materials Needed for REGISTRATION, Check-IN and Games:

1. Filled-in Game Report  (one for check-in, one for each game)
2. Player and coaches passes (No Pass, No Play)
3. Waiver forms

You must have a waiver form for each player and present them at check-in time.
If your club registration form includes a waiver, these may be used (WBSC forms do this).  If not, If not, you can use the MYSA waiver form (they do NOT have to be notarized).

Be sure that the passes and waivers are in the same order as the names on the game report!

4. A Filled-in Game Report for each game , to be given to the referees
Please note that the Festival Location is near the I35E and I694 "Unweave the Weave" Road Construction project.  There may be lane or highway closures that might affect travel.  Please check the MNDOT "511" web site for updates
