The WBSC is governed by a constitution and bylaws, and is administered by elected officers. In addition, the club relies on numerous parents and friends of soccer who serve as referees, age level directors, registrars, district representatives, and field, equipment, and tryout coordinators.
The club meets from 7 to 9 P.M. the second Tuesday of the month, September through May, in room 428 at White Bear High School - North Campus, 5040 Bald Eagle Ave. Officers are elected at the November annual meeting.
