| The term of WBSC officers runs from July 1 to
June 30. At the March meeting, nominations are accepted for the next
year's position. Officers are elected at the April Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Two sets of officers will be listed in the table below during the overlap
period from the April AGM to June 30. Generally, Club
meetings are the second Tuesday of the month. However, in election
years, if there is a primary, we are unable to use the school buildings
on that day, so the September meeting date may vary.
The WBSC is governed by a constitution and bylaws, and is administered by elected officers. In addition, the club relies on numerous parents and friends of soccer who serve as referees, age level directors, registrars, district representatives, and field, equipment, and tryout coordinators. The club meets from 7 to 9 P.M. the second Tuesday of the month, September through May, in room 108 at White Bear High School - North Campus, 5040 Bald Eagle Ave. Officers are elected at the April annual meeting. An administrative board is responsible for the operation of the Club. The Administrative Board is chosen at the April annual meeting and consists of the Officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer); four (4) Age Level Directors (2 U5 - U10 ALDs, 2 U11 - U19 ALDs); and three (3) Administrators. (The ALD members are chosen by the ALDs elected at the annual meeting; the administrator members are chosen by the Administrators elected at the April annual meeting). Club officials are : These are the age level directors for the Fall 2008/Summer 2009 season. They will hold office until July 1, 2008. Elections will be held at the April 2009 Annual Meeting to choose Age Level Directors (ALD) for 2009-2010. If you are interested in being an ALD, please notify the Club President or Secretary, or send an EMAIL to wbsoccer@wbsoccer.org before the March Meeting (nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting will only be accepted for completely open positions). The format of the table is the age group; the second line is the range of birth dates that are included in that age group. If you have questions
on team placements, tryouts, uniform numbering, coaches - contact these people
first. A "*" after the name indicates that they are a monthly board voting member.

If you are interested in putting together a web page for your team and would like the page template, please email wbsoccer and request the sample page. Each team is allowed one page on the WBSC web site. When your page is complete or needs updating, mail it to wbsoccer. If you have a web site already created for your team, please send the link, along with the team name, coaches/managers names and whether it is a boys or girls team, and the link will be added to the WBSC web site; however, you must include a link to the WBSC web site. All U9 - U16 teams participating in MYSA traveling soccer
are REQUIRED to purchase the club uniform. If a team does not
purchase the club uniform, the Summer Tournament Allowance of $300/500 will NOT
be provided to the team. U17, U18, and U19 teams are exempt from
