The WBSC is governed by a constitution and bylaws, and is administered by elected officers. In addition, the club relies on numerous parents and friends of soccer who serve as referees, age level directors, registrars, district representatives, and field, equipment, and tryout coordinators.
The club meets from 7 to 9 P.M. the second Tuesday of the month, September through May, in room 108 at White Bear High School - North Campus, 5040 Bald Eagle Ave. Officers are elected at the April annual meeting.

These are the age level directors for the Summer 2003 season. They will hold office until July 1, 2003. Elections will be held at the April 2003 Annual Meeting to choose Age Level Directors (ALD) for 2004. If you are interested in being an ALD, please notify the Club President or Secretary, or send an EMAIL to WBSOCCER before the March Meeting (nominations from the floor at the Annual Meeting will be accepted for only completely open positions).
