MN Thunder 3M Coaches

Each year, the White Bear Soccer Club is offered a chance by the Minnesota Thunder and 3M to nominate a male and female coach for a "Coach of the Year" award.  The coaches are honored at the WBSC Night at the Thunder.

Lisa Dunnigan
Lisa is currently coaching U9s; 5 years of coaching
Nominating Comments : (2 Nominations) She’s the ALD and Coach. And has been for 5 years. She never played soccer and has learned the game.
Lisa has been very helpful in helping teams and age levels below her level. Seemed to always hold a age level tournament each summer.

Lisa is currently coaching U9G, 3 years of coaching.
Nominating Comments : Very patient with the girls; kids love her; very positive and encouraging

Male Coach - Kevin Slator
Kevin is currently coaching U12B; over 8 years of coaching.
Nominating Comments : Kevin has been an active member of WBSC for many years. He has consistently been available to coach and serve in a leadership capacity for the club. He has coach for me 2 years and has maintained the skilled, knowledge, and enthusiasm of his players. As ALD, I have turned to Kevin many times for guidance and support – he has been there whenever needed. I strongly recommend Kevin for volunteer coach.
