The success of the White Bear SC is dependant on dedicated volunteers and our coaches are the front line of volunteers. Good coaches are capable of motivating players with positive affirmations and teaching players with effective methods. Coach education is an ongoing learning process and the WBSC is committed to providing the best coach education to its members. WBSC coaching education sessions will begin in January and February. 

Session 1   Wednesdays   8:30 – 9:30PM Jan.9, 16, 23, 30, Feb. 6, 13 Corner Kick Indoor Soccer
Session 2   Mondays   8:30 – 9:30PM Feb.18, 25, Mar. 3, 10, 17, 24 Corner Kick Indoor Soccer

Coaching License Recommendations
Under-5/Under-6 coaches are recommended to take the  Under-6/8 Youth Module

Under-7/Under-8 coaches are recommended to take the  either Under-6/8 or Under-8/10 Youth Module

Under-9/Under-10 coaches are recommended to take the  Under-8/10 Youth Module or the Under-12 Youth Module.

Under-11/Under-12 coaches are recommended to take the  Under-12 Youth Module

Under-13/Under-14 coaches are recommended to take the  E Certificate

Under-15 and older coaches are recommended to take the  D License

The White Bear Soccer Club Board of Directors approved the above coaching license recommendations on Dec. 8, 1998.

E Certificate  

WBSC reimburses volunteer coaches when the training is complete.  When you receive your certificate, please complete the following forms
