March 7, 2008 Deadline for U9 – U19 Travel Teams and Rec-Plus       

Age Level Directors may use any of several methods to submit teams and players to the WBSC Registrar :

1. Click here for PDF Team forms (these will need to be printed and sent to the registrar)
2. Email directly - be sure to include all of the information that is on the PDF team form (ALD Info, team name, team playing level, coaches, player names, any paid trainers/coaches for the team)
3. Email a spreadsheet/word document with the same information to WBSC Registrar
4. Use the form below;  an email will be generated for you and sent to the WBSC Registrar
5. If you have paid trainers/coaches/evaluators, use this form when you need to pay the person (they must be paid through the WBSC treasurer)

Please use this form or any of the other methods to submit your teams to the WBSC Registrar.  U9 - U19 Travel Teams will not be registered if there is not at least one registered adult on the form. 

U5 - U8 Age Level Directors DO NOT need to use this form. 

All coaches and assistant coaches/managers must have completed the MYSA Background Check - Click here for more information (opens in a new window)
They will not receive a pass with out this.

It is a requirement that all paid coaches, trainers, etc must be paid through the club (this is for tax purposes, the club can have a significant fine from the IRS or the State if the income is not reported).  Please identify if the teams have paid coaches or trainers.

Roster Size Limits

From MYSA Rules :

4.3.2.2 ROSTER SIZE
a. U9 team size: Minimum 8; maximum 12 players. Club president may approve one over roster. Registration of additional players requires formation of two teams.
b. U10 team size: Minimum 8; maximum 12 players. Club president may approve one over roster. Registration of additional players requires formation of two teams.
c. U11 team size: Minimum 10; maximum 14 players. Club president may approve the over roster of two players. Registration of additional players requires formation of two teams.
d. U12 team size: Minimum 10; maximum 14 players. Club president may approve the over roster of two players. Registration of additional players requires formation of two teams.
