Gym time for Training is available at Birch Lake Elementary School, Mon - Fri; 6-7 PM, 7-8 PM, 8-9 PM, November thru March.  To reserve a spot, do the following : 

Complete the form below.  The information on this form is needed for delivery of  your "Room Use" permit.  WBL Community Services requires separate permits for the use of the facility.  Community Services will issue unique permits for each team and mail them to you.  The permit should be brought with you to each session you have reserved.   The multiple Email addresses and phone numbers are required so that you can be contacted if there is a change in availability.
