This page is here to inform teams of field usage rules and field availability for practices based on games scheduled. 

NOTE : Game schedules are subject to change, thus field availability will also change.  Games take precedence over practice schedules. 
               As practice space is limited, please share the fields. 
The WBSC Webmaster will be coordinating updates with the Referee and Field Coordinators to update this page on a regular basis

These schedule are posted only to provide an indication of field availability.  To re-schedule a game, please do the following

Re-scheduling MYSA Games

There have been some questions on how to re-schedule games. 

1. Rescheduling games must follow the rules documented in the MYSA Rules, pages 22-23, click here for link.
2. Coaches of both teams must complete the MYSA Game Re-Schedule Report, click here for link.

For a home game, before Step 2 can be completed, the WBSC Referee and Field Coordinators must be contacted for Field and Ref Scheduling.  Here is some information from them.

1. Notify the other coach that your team is not able to play on that night.

2. Notify us ASAP that you will need to reschedule a game.  Please include the game number in your email.  We will respond to you as soon as we get the email.  If you don’t get a response within 24 hours, please call us.  If you get an answering machine,  please leave game number, age group and your team code. 

3. Work with the other coach to get 3 dates that both teams could play.  E-mail us the 3 dates along with the game number you need to reschedule, your team code, the date the game was to be played.  We will get you a field and a time that you can play the game.  We try to get you the first choice, but sometimes fields or referees are not available.  (DO NOT CHOOSE A FIELD/TIME BASED ON THE SCHEDULES BELOW- CONTACT the REF/FIELD COORDINATORS for a FIELD and TIME)

4. Fill out the MYSA paperwork for rescheduling.

5. Per MYSA, all anticipated game rescheduling should be done during the 2 weeks following the MYSA coaches meeting.  (The timeframe is earlier for the East District).
